Manager or Senior Manager, Process Excellence and AI-Native Design

The role

Manager or Senior Manager role in process excellence and AI-led process design. You will redesign enterprise workflows so that AI, automation and people work well together, turning ideas into measurable business value.

The role sits in a collocated pod whose job is to take a solution from first problem definition to a live, scalable outcome. You will act as a process-minded advisor who knows the business well and designs how work gets done.

You will own end-to-end workflows across functions, systems and data, as the business actually runs them. You will decide where AI or automation can support or replace a step, and where a person must stay in control. You will define logic, states, handoffs and exception paths, and write clear requirements that engineers and architects can build against.

You will also support value identification. This means gathering baseline data, setting KPIs and success measures, and applying industry and regulatory knowledge so that designs stay compliant and realistic. You will support client workshops and prepare research and material that show business impact.

We are looking for 10 to 14 years of experience in process excellence, business process consulting or AI and digital transformation work. You should be hands-on with workflow analysis, process discovery and value mapping, and fluent in NLP, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration. Deep knowledge of at least one industry sector or functional area is needed, along with strong communication and storytelling with data. Experience building LLM prototypes, with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate, or with process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio, is useful. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. An MBA, PGDM or master's degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred. The role is full-time, with a notice period of up to 90 days, in Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata.
