About the client
A confidential client in consulting. The company is named to you once you and the recruiter have spoken.
The role
Consultant or Manager role in SAP Fieldglass for external workforce and services procurement. You will lead design workshops, configuration and go-live work, with 6 to 18 years of experience. Hybrid work across four Indian cities.
You will help large organisations rethink how they manage contingent workers and services procurement. Much of the work is hands-on SAP Fieldglass configuration covering contingent workforce management, services procurement through statements of work, assignment and worker profile management, and milestone-based payments.
A typical day includes running design workshops, gathering requirements, doing gap analysis and shaping the solution. You will also lead functional consultants through configuration, system and user testing, defect triage, cutover and post go-live support. Where needed, you will define how Fieldglass connects with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP Ariba and the integration layer.
You should have at least 6 years of large scale SAP Fieldglass consulting experience, with at least two end-to-end implementations behind you. Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP MM integrated with Fieldglass is useful. You should be able to lead a team of four to six consultants and keep delivery on time, on budget and within audit and procurement controls.
The role is based in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai or Pune, on a hybrid work model. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required. An MBA or master's in supply chain management from a top college is preferred. Some short-notice travel is expected.
