The role
A consulting company is hiring a consultant to redesign marketing processes and operating models, with AI and automation built into the new workflows. The role suits someone with four to nine years of process, marketing or management consulting experience, working in the office in one of five cities.
You will lead marketing transformation workstreams, from diagnosing current processes and benchmarking them against peers to designing the future state. The work covers areas such as campaign planning, content operations, CRM, media, search, social and measurement.
A typical week includes leading client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews. You will bring together marketing, content, analytics, technology and operations teams, and then present recommendations to senior client leaders. You will also turn analysis into clear priorities, using AI-assisted tools for research, analysis and deliverables.
You will design the operating model, including decision rights, governance, workflow automation and where AI agents fit, with clear controls and human handoffs. You will assess change impact on roles, skills and ways of working, and build business cases, playbooks and reusable assets. You will also coach junior team members.
We are looking for someone with four to nine years of experience in process excellence, marketing transformation, functional or management consulting. You should understand marketing operating models across at least two areas, and be comfortable explaining AI, data and technology choices in business terms. Experience in consumer-facing industries, process mapping tools, MarTech platforms, proposal writing or agent experience design is a plus.
The role is based in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune or Hyderabad, and is full-time and in the office.
